Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues or weather are outside our control.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Oversized & Fragile Items Some larger or fragile items, such as pottery, ceramics, and decorative objects, may require oversized shipping due to their size and special packaging needs. These items are clearly noted at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages One Quaint Maison is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us at onequaintmaison.com,  we'll do our best to help.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging at contact@onequaintmaison.com. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
