At One Quaint Maison, every piece is carefully curated and inspected before it leaves our hands. Because of the nature of our inventory, vintage, handmade, and one-of-a-kind items — all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at onequaintmaison.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund at our discretion.

Non-Eligible Claims

• Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery
• Items damaged due to improper handling after receipt
• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish inherent to handmade or vintage goods
