Yes! If you place multiple orders on the same day during a drop, I will gladly combine shipping whenever possible and refund any excess shipping charges.

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order, so when multiple items are purchased together, the shipping cost is automatically combined and adjusted at checkout.

At this time, we offer standard shipping. If you need something quickly, feel free to reach out before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We may be able to accommodate shipments to Canada on a case-by-case basis. If you are located in Canada and are interested in purchasing an item, please email contact@onequaintmaison.com for availability and a shipping quote.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind and will not be restocked once sold. Our OQM Handmade items are also one-of-a-kind, though similar styles may return in future drops. Items in The Home Collection are thoughtfully sourced market finds and may be restocked if they remain available through our vendors. Because availability can vary, we recommend purchasing when something catches your eye.

Due to the curated and often one-of-a-kind nature of our items, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.
